What is Medifies?

It is an incredible software designed to address the communication issues faced by healthcare providers and patients’ families. Using this platform,  healthcare providers can send secure pre-written, HIPAA-compliant notifications to both local and remote caregivers of patients undergoing a medical procedure. Thus, ensuring that the caretaker families are not bound to waiting rooms and can tend to their daily activities.

How was Medifies born ?

It was in the year 2015, Nate Page a  veteran startup entrepreneur and now the Medifies CEO was approached by his surgeon friend with an idea to create a software that can address the huge communication gap in the digital health sector. Nate started Medifies with the aim to help healthcare facilities prioritize family and caregiver communication. 

Understanding Medifies

Initially, the platform  served caregivers of patients in surgery. Later, they expanded the platform to include:

• Dialysis and Obstetrics

• Chemotherapy

• Radiology
